From the first entrée being delivered for judging early in the week, through the watermelon social, early morning breakfast and right through every show at the fair, the action and hard work never slowed down for the youths of Bosque County and the surround area.
Throughout the week, everything was judged from cakes to rabbits, and from goats to steers – and not be left out, the HE exhibits, agriculture machanics, and even a pet show on Saturday for the young ones.
The annual Cash Sale took over the arena on Saturday, lasting several hours and paying out to the youths for their hard work. No totals on the sale as of press time.
On Friday night the CWT Rodeo Co. opened the Horse Show Association arena to even more action for the weekend with bareback riders team ropers, and kids participating in mutton bustin’ and calf scrambles, to the cheers of the crowds in the stands.
